NiceOneTees Order Connector: Privacy Policy

This policy covers the NiceOneTees Order Connector (the "App"), a private application that runs on temu.merchniche.io. The App is used exclusively by the NiceOneTees shop on Temu (United States) to fulfill its own orders. It does not serve other sellers and is not offered to the public.

The domain merchniche.io is owned by the NiceOneTees shop owner. This policy is separate from the general MerchNiche.io privacy policy, which covers visitors to the merchniche.io website.

For each order placed in the NiceOneTees Temu shop, the App receives from the Temu Open Platform:

• the recipient's name;
• the shipping address;
• the recipient's phone number, when Temu provides it for delivery;
• order details: order number, products, sizes, colors and quantities.

The App does not receive or store payment card details, passwords, or Temu account credentials of customers. It does not use cookies or tracking on customers.

The data is used only to produce and ship the order the customer placed:

• creating the matching print order with our print provider;
• shipping the order to the customer's address;
• sending the tracking number back to Temu.

We never use customer data for marketing, never sell it, and never share it with anyone other than the processor listed below.

Printify (printify.com) prints and ships our t-shirts. It receives the recipient's name, shipping address, phone number when provided, and the ordered items, only to fulfill that order.

DigitalOcean hosts the App and its database on a dedicated server in New York, United States.

Customer personal data is deleted automatically 30 days after the order is delivered. After that, we keep only the order number and product details, with no personal information, for accounting.

• All connections use HTTPS with TLS 1.2 or higher.
• Customer data is encrypted in the database.
• The App is accessible only to the NiceOneTees team (the shop owner and one family member who helps run the shop). Each person has a personal account with a password and a one-time security code.
• Every access to customer data is logged.
• API keys are stored in server configuration, never in code or public files.
• No screenshot, image or public page ever contains customer data.

You can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it before the 30-day period ends, as long as the order no longer needs it. Write to us at the address below and we will reply within 30 days.
